What we collect and why

When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, message, listing page and, for a project, the home you select. We use this information to answer your questions, arrange viewings and provide services you request. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Services that help this website work

• Basin processes and delivers form submissions to The Gray Team.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated submissions. It may process technical browser and network information to prevent spam.
• Rybbit processes website usage information and successful inquiry events. Inquiry events contain only the listing route and home selection, not your name, email, phone number or message.
• Userback provides the website feedback tool. If you use it, it may collect your feedback, screenshots and technical information. Avoid including sensitive information in feedback.
• Supersonic Sites Inc. and hosting providers support the website and may access information as needed to operate and troubleshoot it.

Service providers may process information outside Canada, where local laws may apply. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond, provide requested services and meet legal or business requirements. We then securely delete or anonymize it.

If we use personal information to make a decision that directly affects you, we retain it for at least one year after that use, as required by British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act.
